| Before we transplant or relocate trees to your site, we have to make sure of a few things. First, can our equipment fit in the area the trees are to be transplanted? Our 90" tree spade truck is 35 feet long, 8.5 feet wide and 13 feet tall. Our 55" tree spade truck is 22 feet long, 8.5 feet wide and 13 feet tall. Second, are there any overhead power lines or obstructions to the site? Any obstructions when lifting the spade from it's resting position to it's digging position? Lastly, are there any underground pipes, wires, telephone, cable, water, gas, irrigation, sewer, electric, etc. in the area of the transplant? Ducote's always calls LA One Call to mark the site before we dig. We can consult with you on the best place to transplant the tree due to the above mentioned circumstances while taking into account the aesthetics of the landscape and your preferences for the location of your tree(s). We will take necessary precautions not to break concrete, driveways or walkways. We always lay mats down to minimize ruts in the grass as much as possible.
